§ 7-137-103 — Application to foreign nonprofit corporations
A foreign
nonprofit corporation authorized to transact business or conduct activities in this
state on June 30, 1998, is subject to articles 121 to 137 of this title but is not
required to obtain new authorization to transact business or conduct activities
under said articles.
