(1)A proceeding by the
attorney general to dissolve a nonprofit corporation shall be brought in the district
court for the county in this state in which the street address of the nonprofit
corporation's principal office or the street address of its registered agent is located
or, if the nonprofit corporation has no principal office in this state and no registered
agent, in the district court for the city and county of Denver. A proceeding brought
by any other party named in section 7-134-301 shall be brought in the district court
for the county in this state in which the street address of the nonprofit corporation's
principal office is located or, if it has no principal office in this state, in the district
court for the county in which the street address of its registered agent
