Text
(1)The bylaws may provide for a lesser or a greater quorum requirement, or a greater
voting requirement for members or voting groups than is provided for by articles 121
to 137 of this title.
(2)An amendment to the articles of incorporation or the bylaws that adds,
changes, or deletes a lesser or a greater quorum requirement or a greater voting
requirement shall meet the same quorum requirement and be adopted by the same
vote and voting groups required to take action under the quorum and voting
requirements then in effect or proposed to be adopted, whichever is greater.
