§ 7-110-106 — Articles of amendment to articles of incorporation
(1)A
corporation amending its articles of incorporation shall deliver to the secretary of
state, for filing pursuant to part 3 of article 90 of this title, articles of amendment
stating:
(a)The domestic entity name of the corporation;
(b)The text of each amendment adopted; and
(c)If the amendment provides for an exchange, reclassification, or
cancellation of issued shares, provisions for implementing the amendment if not
contained in the amendment itself.
(d)to (f) Repealed.
