Opinion

HARRIS, Judge.

Jeffery Perry was convicted of attempted lewd and lascivious assault upon a child. The judgment, however, improperly reflects that he was found guilty of lewd and lascivious assault. We affirm the conviction but remand for a correction of the scrivener’s error contained in the judgment.

REMAND.

W. SHARP and THOMPSON, JJ., concur.
