Opinion
Upon the State’s proper confession of error, we grant the Petition for Writ of Certio-rari, quash the trial court’s order finding that petitioner’s Motion for Reduction or Modification of Sentence was untimely filed and remand for consideration of the motion on its merits.
Certiorari granted.
