Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The appealed orders are affirmed, except insofar as the trial court in case no. 94-687 failed to consider and effectively denied the appellant’s request for a belated appeal. We reverse and remand the case as to this matter only, for the trial court’s consideration of this claim in accordance with Williams v. State, 777 So.2d 947 (Fla.2000).
