Opinion

MEMORANDUM OPINION

SPENCER, District Judge.

This is a securities fraud ease, arising from the dust of large and complex issuance of certain industrial development bonds. The plaintiffs’ eighty-plus page Amended Complaint, which exhaustively sets forth their knowledge of these bond dealings, had but one attachment, a copy of a promissory note. On July 6, 1995 three clusters of defendants filed separate motions to dismiss.
