(“CSX”) for the damage caused to their homes by flood water released from the Lake Murray Reservoir in October 2015. 5 This matter is before the court by way of Lexington County’s Motions for Summary Judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
