REID, Judge.

The record in this case does not disclose that any final judgment was signed, the facts being the same as set forth in our opinion in Appeal No. 6236, 170 So.2d 673, Mrs. Edna Davis Brawley, Individually and for and on behalf of her minor daughter, Gwendolyn Brawley v. Lewis C. Landreneau, Sr., et al.

For the reasons set forth in the above mentioned appeal the appeal in this case is dismissed.

Appeal dismissed.
