Text
The clerk shall oversee the delivery of the sealed envelope
containing absentee ballots and the duplicate list of absent
electors to each precinct polling place before the polls are
opened. Absentee ballots returned to the county clerk not later
than 7:00 p.m. on election day shall be counted.
