Text
The clerk shall mark each completed absentee ballot application
with the date of receipt. The clerk shall then determine if the
applicant is properly qualified to vote. If the applicant is not
entitled to vote, the clerk shall not issue a ballot to him and
shall mark the application "rejected" and file it in a file
separate from applications which are accepted. If an application
is rejected, the clerk shall immediately notify the applicant in
writing of the reason for rejection.
