Text
(a)The absentee ballot shall be in the same form
prescribed by law for the official ballot or a reasonable
printed reproduction of the prescribed form for electronic
ballots.
(b)Notwithstanding subsection (a) of this section,
official absentee ballots for primary, general and special
elections may be provided in an electronic format to voters with
rights under the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting
Act, 42 U.S.C. 1973ff.
