§ 15-7-510 — Compelling officials to perform duties

Wyoming·Title 15 Cities and Towns·Ch. 7 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS·Art. 5 SEWERAGE SYSTEMS

The holder of any bond issued under this article, or of any
coupon representing interest accrued thereon, by proper suit,
may compel the officials of the city or town to perform all
duties imposed upon them by this article.
