Text
(a)A tax to be fixed by ordinance shall be levied for
each year to pay the interest and principal of the bonds as they
become due and payable.
(b)If any bonds or coupons are paid, the treasurer shall
cause the word "paid" to be cut in them and otherwise cancel the
bonds and coupons so paid.
