Text
(a)The clerk of the city or town shall endorse a
certificate upon every bond or evidence of debt issued, stating
that it is within the lawful debt limit of the city or town and
is issued according to law. He shall sign the certificate in his
official character.
(b)The city or town treasurer shall keep a book in which
shall be registered all bonds issued, showing the number of the
bond, the date of issue, to whom issued, the amount, date of
redemption and payment of interest. The book shall be open to
all persons for examination in accordance with W.S. 16-4-202.
