Text
All bonds issued under the provisions of this article are
payable solely from the revenues derived from the operation of
the sewerage system and do not constitute an indebtedness of the
city or town within the meaning of any constitutional or
statutory provision. The face of each bond shall state that it
has been issued under the provisions of this article, and that
it does not constitute an indebtedness of the city or town
within any constitutional or statutory limitation.
