§ 15-7-302 — Vacation from public use; authorization

Wyoming·Title 15 Cities and Towns·Ch. 7 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS·Art. 3 PUBLIC PARKS

The governing body of any city or town may vacate from public
use any public park or part thereof located within the corporate
limits of the city or town in the manner provided in this
article.
