§ 15-7-301 — Definition

Wyoming·Title 15 Cities and Towns·Ch. 7 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS·Art. 3 PUBLIC PARKS

As used in this article "public park" means any public ground of
any city or town dedicated to public use and maintained as a
municipal park, playground or recreation area.
