§ 15-7-203 — Existing contracts ratified

Wyoming·Title 15 Cities and Towns·Ch. 7 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS·Art. 2 ELECTRIC CURRENT

Any contracts entered into by any city or town for supplying
electric current outside its corporate limits are ratified and
confirmed as valid and binding contracts, any other act or law
to the contrary notwithstanding.
