Text
Consistent with applicable law, all departments, agencies and
officers of this state and its subdivisions are directed to
cooperate with the committee for the Northwest Interstate
Compact on Low-Level Waste Management [§ 9-6-206] in furtherance
of any of its activities pursuant to the compact.
