§ 9-6-102 — Nuclear board; state member; appointment and removal
Wyoming·Title 09 Administration of the Government·Ch. 6 NUCLEAR COOPERATION AND RADIOACTIVE·Art. 1 WESTERN INTERSTATE NUCLEAR COOPERATION COMPACT
The member of the western interstate nuclear board representing
the state of Wyoming shall be appointed by the governor and may
be removed by the governor as provided in W.S. 9-1-202. The
member may designate another person as his representative to
attend meetings of the board.
