§ 27-5-110 — Penalties
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this act is
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction, for each offense,
shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred
dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment for not more than six (6)
months, or both.
