Text
(a)The lawful working day in all underground mines is
eight (8) hours per day, except:
(i)In case of emergency;
(ii)By mutual agreement between an employer and
employee or employees' representative for a longer period of
employment, but not to exceed sixteen (16) hours in any
twenty-four (24) hour period.
