Text
(a)Life insurance is insurance on human lives and the
transaction of life insurance includes also the granting of:
(i)Endowment benefits;
(ii)Additional benefits because of death or
dismemberment by accident or accidental means;
(iii)Additional benefits because of the insured's
disability; and
(iv)Optional modes of settlement of proceeds of life
insurance.
