Text
(a)A person determined by the preadmission screening and
assessment to be eligible for admission to the center for
residential services may be admitted as a client under one (1)
of the following procedures:
(i)An adult who has sufficient insight or capacity
to make responsible application for admission for residential
services may be admitted on his own application;
(ii)A minor or ward may be admitted upon application
of his parent or guardian.
(b)Repealed By Laws 2008, Ch. 85, § 2.
(c)At the time of admission for residential services, the
program manager shall give a written copy of the rights provided
in W.S. 25-5-132 to the client, his parent or guardian.
(d)A person who is denied admission may appeal the
decision to the department, in writing.
