§ 25-5-110 — Special education for minors and costs thereof
(a)Repealed by Laws 1986, ch. 25, § 3.
(b)Repealed by Laws 1986, ch. 25, § 3.
(c)Clients who are between the ages of five (5) and
twenty-one (21) years of age shall be provided special education
and related services through the clients' resident school
districts. This subsection does not relieve an insurer or
similar third party from an otherwise valid obligation to pay
for services provided to the client.
