(a)Repealed by Laws 1989, ch. 50, § 4.
(b)Repealed by Laws 1989, ch. 50, § 4.
(c)No person shall be denied admission to or services by
the center because of the inability of the person, his parent or
guardian to pay the cost of the services received.
(d)Clients of the center who are not eligible under the
Wyoming Medical Assistance and Services Act shall be responsible
for the cost of services and treatment as provided in title 25,
chapter 11, article 1. However, no person who was a client of
the center as of June 30, 2008 shall be denied admission to or
services by the center because of the refusal of the client's
parent or guardian to pay the cost of the services received.
