Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 14-5-108 (2026).
Text
Any person, firm or corporation which places a child in the
state of Wyoming or receives a child in this state without
meeting the requirements of W.S. 14-5-101 through 14-5-107 is
guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined one hundred dollars
($100.00) or imprisoned in the county jail for a maximum of
thirty (30) days, or both. Each day of violation is a separate
offense.
