Text
Any person, firm, partnership, corporation, state or political
subdivision or agency thereof shall not send, bring or cause to
be sent or brought to the state of Wyoming any child for
placement in foster care or as a preliminary to a possible
adoption unless the sending person, firm, corporation, state,
political subdivision or agency thereof complies with the
prerequisites required in article II of W.S. 14-5-101.
