§ 33-44-112 — Criminal and civil penalties
The commission of any act prohibited by W.S. 33-44-111 by an
athlete agent is a felony punishable by imprisonment of not less
than one (1) year, a fine of not more than ten thousand dollars
($10,000.00), or both. In addition to any criminal penalties,
the court may assess a civil penalty of up to ten thousand
dollars ($10,000.00) for a violation of W.S. 33-44-111. Any
penalty collected under the provisions of this section shall be
deposited in the public school fund of the appropriate county as
required by article 7, section 5 of the Wyoming constitution.
