§ 33-44-110 — Required records; retention

(a) An athlete agent shall retain the following records
for a period of five (5) years:
(i) The name and address of each individual
represented by the athlete agent;
(ii) Any agency contract entered into by the athlete
agent; and
(iii) Any direct costs incurred by the athlete agent
in the recruitment or solicitation of a student athlete.
(b) Records required by subsection (a) of this section to
be retained are subject to subpoena in a judicial proceeding.
