Text
(a)There is created a state board for respiratory care
within the department of administration and information to
administer the provisions of this act. The board shall consist
of five (5) members. The initial board shall consist of one (1)
public member, one (1) physician member who is licensed in the
state of Wyoming with a special interest in pulmonary medicine,
and three (3) members who shall have been engaged in the
practice of respiratory care for a period of not less than five
(5)years immediately preceding appointment to the board.
Thereafter, practitioner members shall be licensed under this
act prior to appointment to the board.
(b)The governor shall appoint the members of the board.
