Text
(a)Members of the board shall not receive compensation
for their services but shall receive mileage and per diem as
provided in W.S. 33-1-302(a)(vii) while engaged in the discharge
of official duties.
(b)Members of the board shall have the same immunities
from personal liability as state employees for actions taken in
the performance of their duties under this act, as provided in
W.S. 1-39-104.
