Text
(a)The board shall meet at least twice each year and
shall elect a chairman at the first meeting each year. The board
may convene at the request of the chairman or as the board may
determine for any other meeting as may be deemed necessary to
transact its business.
(b)Three (3) board members constitute a quorum.
