§ 33-41-116 — Practice by firms, partnerships, corporations and joint stock associations
(a)No firm, partnership, corporation or joint stock
association collectively called "organizations" for the purpose
of this section shall engage in the practice of geology before
the public or use the title "professional geologist" except as
follows:
(i)The geological work of the organization shall be
performed by or under the supervision of one (1) or more
professional geologists who shall sign and seal all documents;
(ii)If the principal business of the organization,
as determined by the board, is the practice of geology before
the public, a principal, officer or director of the organization
shall be a professional geologist and shall have overall
supervision and control of the geological work performed by the
organization in this state;
(iii)The organization shall identify the princ
