Text
(a)The board shall, pursuant to the Wyoming
Administrative Procedure Act, promulgate and enforce all rules
and regulations.
(b)The board shall not be required to give any appeal
bond in any cause arising under this act. The attorney general
shall represent the board in all actions and proceedings to
enforce the provisions of this act.
(c)Consistent with the provisions of the Wyoming
Governmental Claims Act, each present and former member of the
board, its agents, employees, and members of committees duly
appointed by the board under this act to assist the board in
carrying out its duties and responsibilities, shall be exempt
from civil liability for any act or omission occurring while
acting in an official capacity.
