Text
(a)The members of the board of control shall administer
oaths in all cases where it is necessary in the performance of
their official duties.
(b)The board of control may adopt reasonable rules and
regulations to carry out the duties imposed by law on the board
of control. The rules and regulations may specify that the
applicant shall pay the cost of advertising.
