Text
(a)The secretary of the board of control shall collect
fees, not to exceed the following which shall be paid in
advance, and turned over to the state treasurer:
(i)For making copies of the records of the board of
control or of papers or documents filed with the board, ten
dollars ($10.00) for each page;
(ii)For attaching certificate and seal of the board
to each document or documents requested, ten dollars ($10.00).
