Text
(a)The secretary of the state board of control shall
collect in advance reasonable fees not to exceed the following:
(i)One hundred dollars ($100.00) with each proof of
appropriation of water or proof of construction of a reservoir;
(ii)For recording with county clerks any water right
instrument or certificate not otherwise specifically provided
for, the fees required in accordance with W.S. 18-3-402;
(iii)For making copies of any document recorded or
filed in the office of the state board of control, a reasonable
fee shall be assessed not to exceed ten dollars ($10.00) per
page.
