§ 41-4-406 — Pleadings and practice
Wyoming·Title 41 Water·Ch. 4 BOARD OF CONTROL; ADJUDICATION OF WATER RIGHTS·Art. 4 PROCEEDINGS UPON APPEAL
All proceedings on appeal shall be conducted according to the
provisions of the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the
Wyoming Rules of Appellate Procedure.
