Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 16-4-118 (2026).
Text
Money received by the municipal treasurer from any special
assessment shall be applied towards payment of the improvement
for which the assessment was approved. The money shall be used
exclusively for the payment of the principal and interest on the
bonds or other indebtedness incurred to finance the improvements
except as provided in W.S. 16-4-116.
