§ 16-4-112 — Transfer of unencumbered or unexpended appropriation balances
Wyoming·Title 16 City, County, State and Local Powers·Ch. 4 UNIFORM MUNICIPAL FISCAL PROCEDURES; PUBLIC·Art. 1 UNIFORM MUNICIPAL FISCAL PROCEDURES
At the request of the budget officer or upon its own motion
after publication of notice, the governing body may by
resolution transfer any unencumbered or unexpended appropriation
balance or part thereof from one (1) fund, department or account
to another.
