§ 16-4-115 — Appropriations lapse; prior claims
Wyoming·Title 16 City, County, State and Local Powers·Ch. 4 UNIFORM MUNICIPAL FISCAL PROCEDURES; PUBLIC·Art. 1 UNIFORM MUNICIPAL FISCAL PROCEDURES
All appropriations excluding appropriations for capital projects
shall lapse following the close of the budget year to the extent
they are not expended or encumbered. All claims incurred prior
to the close of any fiscal year shall be treated as if properly
encumbered.
