§ 16-4-117 — Interfund loans
Wyoming·Title 16 City, County, State and Local Powers·Ch. 4 UNIFORM MUNICIPAL FISCAL PROCEDURES; PUBLIC·Art. 1 UNIFORM MUNICIPAL FISCAL PROCEDURES
The governing body may authorize interfund loans from one (1)
fund to another at interest rates and terms for repayment as it
may prescribe and may invest available cash in any fund as
provided by law.
