Text
(a)The certifying board shall periodically and at
reasonable times inspect, investigate and examine all certified
agencies and applicants for certification.
(b)Any certified agency or applicant for certification
shall give right of entrance and inspection of the facility to
inspectors authorized by the certifying board. Any certified
agency or applicant who denies admission to any authorized
inspector shall have the certificate revoked or application
denied.
