§ 14-4-105 — Provisional certificate
The certifying authority may issue a provisional certificate if
a substandard child caring agency is attempting to meet the
standards or to comply with the rules and regulations pursuant
to W.S. 14-4-101 through 14-4-111. A provisional certificate is
effective for a period of not more than six (6) months and is
nonrenewable.
