Text
(a)Every licensee shall notify the board in writing of
his principal place of business in which he intends to engage in
the fitting, dispensing or selling of hearing aids.
(b)The board shall keep a record of the place of business
of licensees.
(c)Any notice required to be given by the board to a
person who holds a license shall be mailed to him by certified
mail at the address of the last known place of business.
