Text
All moneys collected by virtue of W.S. 1-35-103 through 1-35-106
shall be paid into the state treasury of the state of Wyoming,
and there is hereby appropriated out of any monies so recovered
a sum not exceeding one-half (1/2) of the amount recovered to
pay the costs and fees for the special assistants, to be paid by
the warrant drawn on the state treasury.
