Text
The attorney general shall control all investigations and
actions instituted and conducted in behalf of the state as
provided in W.S. 1-35-103 and has full discretionary powers to
prosecute all investigations and litigation and, with the
approval of the governor, to settle, compromise or dismiss the
actions.
